The P-band Challenge

The P-Band is a reminder and a tool to help you achieve focus in the present moment. Use it to remember whatever it is you want to do - or not do. The power is always within you, right here, right now. Snap Now Achieve Presence.
What is The P-band Challenge? It’s a way to use The Presence Band to exercise your own personal power to live the life you want. Here's how it works:
1. Identify your challenge/goal:
Example - I’m trying to stop drinking sugary drinks.
2. Snap your P-Band to inspire yourself.
Example - You see the sugary drink. You want the sugary drink. Snap your band to empower yourself not to drink that thing.
3. Track your progress.
Focus on the moment! Past failures, challenges, or difficulties have nothing to do with your power and potential right now. Use them as a motivation to be even more powerful in this moment.
4. Achieve you goal!
Every time you are able to make a conscious choice, you are a little bit closer to achieving your goal. Over time, you will find yourself achieving bigger goals with less effort and more presence as you tap in to your own personal power.
